    So, after over 10 years off the road, this pandemic brought my dispatch career to a halt. So, thinking of getting back into a truck. I stupidly gave up my CDL in 2015 thinking I'd never drive again. So, I'm having to go thru school again to get my license. My question is, are there any companies that still exist like Watkins Shepard used to do, go thru their orientation then just start driving with no trainer? I know I'm a bit rusty, but I'm sure it's like riding a bike. It will all come back to me quickly. I don't relish the idea of living in a closet with someone else for a period of time.. Thanks

    There's some small outfits on Craigslist that will do that. Drivers in your situation that go that route usually don't have a good experience. There's been lots of posts on that very subject.
