Okay,, here's what I would do:

I would be out on a mission to prove to JB that I could be an asset, A GOOD SOLID DRIVER.

    "Why?"

Because most of your professional career has been with JB. I know you're under the microscope, and that can be stressful, but you're going to have to dig deep and bear through it. It's like being a fighter and getting knocked down the first round. They're really to call the fight and record you as loss. Ever see a fight where a fighter has to get back up? The referee is asking the fighter questions, and tells him to step forward. stumble once, and it's over. Or if your eyes are crossed, or if you can't hold your hands up...he's looking for a reason to count you out. Quit now, and it's a loss. Screw up again, and it's a loss. Hang tough past the probationary period THEN look for a job.

The saying your to sleep to make the load is a good thing. its shows your responsible and are becoming a safer driver. Depending on what you posted on FB, that may or may not be serious. At this point you shouldnt be trying to make the most possible money. you should be trying to keep your job. Don't take risks and stop early to minimize violations. If you get canned from JB your career is over for a year. We both need to kiss some donkys and be real carefull. A little less money is worth keeping you career.

Also companies dont always check your full record before orientation. It would suck for a company to say your good to go. you quit JB and go to new orientation...and then get fired at orientation because of your record.

I started at Werner fresh out of CDL school back in October of 2012. Went local and loved it until I realized that it didn't count as actual driving experience until you went OTR. So I went OTR with Werner for a month and quit. Why? Because I couldn't pay my bills and I wasn't getting miles as I hadn't learned how to plan trips out. So part of that.. was me and the other part may have been a lack of freight. So I quit in June and went to JB Hunt in July. I could finally pay my bills and I have no major complaints.. about them. I just keep messing up...

Yea i started with landstar in July...I had been doing flatbed b4 landstar which is a bit different then backing vans....within 90 days I got a minor backing incident and a speeding ticket. I got canned and applied to 30 companies before one accepted me. Now I'm a hawk looking for speed limit signs and I am extremely careful backing. Let the fear motivate you to be supper carefull but dont let it paralyze you.

I am a JB driver have been for almost 12 years. I was in a similar situation with "incidents" and I was on probation. The best advice is stick with JB and be a good boy and prove to yourself and the co. that you can be a good driver and nothing is gonna slow you down from that carrer. if your ever in any incident always tell them the truth because that is what makes your carrer go further.

we all learn by our mistakes. or at least should to. stick with your current company and show them that you have. the easy option for the moment might be to run away from it all, but in the long run, that won't do you a whole lot of good, i don't think.

You say you just got the ticket? Then the first thing you need to do is hire a lawyer to work the case for you. Get on craigslist and find a local attorney, the local guy will know the judges/prosecutors. You will pay a hefty fine and a couple hundred in attny fees, but odds are you can get that ticket changed to something a lot less damaging to you. Remember, a ticket is mearly an order to appear in court for the charges on the ticket, it is the CONVICTION that counts on your record, sobe smart and get convicted of a bad tailight or broken marker or something like that.

    And start paying attention. :)
