Nope don't see nothing about log violations.He said he had conference calls with safety.Yes he was tired and showed good judgement not delivering that load.But no violations.JBHUNT is all about safety and will fired or suspended with your first violation.Don't think Andrew was over hrs.You can have a lot of sleep and still be tired.Trucking does that to you.
