What is a complete pre-trip and please give me the reference? Some think you need to get under the truck and I would like them to show me that reference. After I complete a pre-trip I would love for you to prove that I missed something. I believe you need to read the requirements for a pre-trip inspection. I could be wrong on the requirements but as far I know all I need to do is be satisfied all the required working parts and systems are working. §FMCSR 392.7
