    Seriously, several years back when my dad (a former college computer technology professor) moved from the main campus to a satellite campus, I helped pack his office that he'd occupied since 1986. I found packs of ketchup and mustard in his desk that had calcified! He had booksand boxes of grossly outdated Windows software and tons of those OLD school 5" floppy disks that the school no longer had drives to even run!

    So imagine what the house is like now that he's retired!
