No us marshsals needed tell locals alchohol is prohibited in cmv cabs ,and if that dont work call state dot enforcement officer tell them what you saw a.x md ask if the like the copy BBN of the dash cam .

Be careful out there. I had some jack off call the local cops on me for bringing a six pack of diet coke to my truck. That was a fun search... Guy next to me openes his door and 2 empty beer cans fell out while the cops where right there... He pointa to me and says there mine lol...
Canadianhauler21 and misterG Thank this. -
Snitches get stitches. I have zero problems calling someone in who is driving drunk as they could injure or kill someone. Ratting someone out for drinking while they are parked for the night is pretty low.
Brettj3876, Canadianhauler21, misterG and 5 others Thank this. -
That is some pretty open ended language. I own my own truck and park it at my house. I am always in physical control of it.x1Heavy Thanks this.

Physical control tends to be well defined on a per state basis. Most states have something like possession of keys while in the front seat of the vehicle. Just having it parked outside is not physical control.deathB4decaf Thanks this.

Ok. I was not aware of that. I took "physical control" to mean just that in the practical sense. I was not aware there was a separate legal meaning.

Ok that's quite enough I think. When we get into talking about threats and misunderstandings online it's time to step back and take a break. You two don't like each other. That's fine. But try not to make things any worse than it already is.
tucker Thanks this. -
I never said I don’t like him. I have never had any interaction with him other than this thread. I also still don’t see how simply stating “snitches get stitches” is a threat. If it was specifically directed to a person who did or was about to turn someone in then yeah maybe it is a threat but saying it generally as I did it is just a saying.Maj. Jackhole and x1Heavy Thank this.
