Could be the end of decent rates on the Prairies.

Most bulk grains arrive by rail to our port,some trucked and as a grain port this is a record year but I haven't seen Bison bulk trailers and hope we don't see any for obvious reasons

Yup was told they were for the new plant at portage . Have no idea how they can work for less than what the local heroes are running for! It’s just mind blowing.
