If some 4 wheeler comes behind me with brights once in a rare while I'll grab my little hand mirror and try to bounce his lights back into my west coast mirror and back in his face. I think I'd need perfect aim to get a good bullseye though.

I found that a quick burst of the back up lights usually got a passing car or trucks lights dimmed. Not a big long "suck on this" kinda shine but just a quick flash or two. Not to be offensive but to just give them a "how do you like it" taste!

He was probably just upset that some outlaw trucker was passing him instead of staying at a safe speed of 60mph.

I had the misfortune of seeing this minus him/her weighing 500 lbs and the sports bra (it had a small jacket on) at the Loves in Perrysburg, Ohio just this past winter around 3:30 a.m. when I was there to fuel ;( It had to be freezing in the fishnets as it was around 10 below zero that morning.
That's one of those things you just can't unsee ;)

For those that stay behind you with bright lights on; hang your arm out the window as low as you can and slowly pour a gallon of pee out. They will back off when they have to turn the windshield wipers on.

There is footage off a UK driver in dress+stockings with his parts( yup "those parts") hanging out while being drunk as a skunk.

I always liked having load lights. I've got them on this truck to, just reach down flip that switch they normally go out.

It is sad that I a man with a PhD in Physics has to point out the obvious answer to you people. What has happen to America that we find ourselves so far behind the rest of the world in education that our truck drivers cannot see the easy things. What the original poster experienced was one thing and one thing only......................................
