hey fellas, i got quite a bit of blowby. i isolated the turbo and didnt change one bit. my question is how does the compressor contribute to blowby? and how would i isolate the air compressor to check if it makes a difference. thanks guys

The real question is how many miles are on the engine. It's more than likely time to rebuild it. I hope all goes well for you.

Blowby is almost always 99% the engine. Maybe 1% the turbo.

I would keep driving it unless the blowby is really bad and prepare for an inframe.

Thanks for the replies guys. So the air compressor has nothing to do with blowby?

Usually if the compressor is bad it will get very hot and take a long time to build full pressure, but it wouldn't cause blowby.
