    Wishing I was in Alaska

I'm happy where I'm at, been at DLI for 2 years delivering auto parts working 3rd shift. Around the fall of 2015 I will be moving to either Colorado, or Tennessee. DLI doesn't operate in Tennessee, and in Colorado they only have regional positions, which is not an option in my opinion. So I must find a new job. I have over a year to find info out about companies, so I want to know about blue rhino. I worked a year and a half for Pepsi delivering pop, so I know tough work. They were advertising by me (Chicagoland area) at $21/hr. I expect TN to pay less, CO to pay about the same. Anyways, what's the pay in most places? Any sick days? Vacation policy? Benefits? Does the company respect you? How's the equipment? Do you usually work 9-12 hours a day? Or do you find yourself pushing 14 often? Any bonuses? So any answers would be great!
