I purchased a HT-35 Talbert trailer that has ABS brakes, also the air suspension dump valve and winch free spool is activated by a electric solenoid that is powered by the blue wire, i own 2 99 KW's that have no power to the blue wire, does anyone know how to activate the blue wire to the ignition switch or where the blue wire ends in the cab, the 2 trucks are a T 800 and a W900.

Is the fuse there for "trailer hotline"?
Oxbow and Dirty-Low-Walker Thank this. -
I looked today so it would be fresh in my mind, didn't see any fuse location for a trailer.

Post last six of VIN.

Some of the older kw's had the trailer hotline switch in the overhead console next to the radio.

I replaced the visors on both trucks and had to drop the overhead , never seen a switch or a blue wire.

i think its a button. it may not be blue at that point in the circuit

Looks like both of your trucks are not wired for trailer hotline. It was switch on dash near jake switches during that time of build. I looked at another VIN of your trucks vintage to get a diagram. All of the wiring is there, you just need to connect it and add switch. Looks like spare fuse and relay was number four in PCB(fuse panel).

I have seen hotline switch by key switch also. Think one by warning light was resettable breaker.
Dirty-Low-Walker Thanks this.
