Here is diagram for older style set-up. Pretty sure your is other style. Lots of small running electrical changes on KW "B" cabs until "B" cab upgrade of 05.

The above diagram is what Pup was talking about. Think it was phased out 96-97ish, but I am probably wrong!

    The T800 is a B, i thought the B was just a different nose.

Yep. "B" is Kenworths reference to the cab hence B cab. W900, T800, T600, and T660 share same cab. Each model has letter designations also. Were you thinking W900B, but also a L and S versions.

When i purchased the W900L back about 5 years or so i asked the salesman from Coopersburg KW about the difference between a T 800 and a T 800 B and he said there was no difference, but when i purchased the T 800 B the inside of the cab is different but the only difference is the dash board which i thought was different because it was a flat windshield versus the W 900L which has a curved windshield which has a deeper top to the dashboard.
After owning the T 800 B i noticed the nose is shaped different then a regular T 800,plus the headlight box area is molded into the side of the nose, a regular T 800 has a gap between the side of the nose and the molded headlight area, i also looked at other T 800's on truck paper which verified the nose difference, i never noticed any difference other then that, except i replaced the HVAC control box and harness on the W 900 and lost the tape markings i put on the W 900 where each air line goes and opened up the T800 to copy the line locations and noticed they weren't marked like the W 900 is.

Hi there. This thread is dead for a bit I have same issue as the topic starter- having no power to trailer abs... been at dealer for a week and they saying I need to change chassis harness and instrument panel harness... so I'm wondering how hard is that to DIY and where I can get part number for that?

Looks like it should have a 30amp trailer abs fuse in the fuse panel. Being its a 97, someone could have been monekying in there since then. @spsauerland has spent more time on the kw side of ecat then I have, he might be able to pull up a diagram. I'm not having too much luck
