I've seen some pretty bad stuff. I say a car that blew a tire and pulled over in the granny lane that was close to the median which was a concrete barrier. There left side is right up close to the barrier left side is barely out of the road. I wonder when brains was gonna relize. "I cnt cange da tiia caus it clowse to da concwete ting.:
