2016 freightliner 440,000 to 550,000, once in the spring AC compressor two days and ten days in August, oil leaks, exhaust tube hole and air compressor. One over night road repair for alternator. Three regular schedule service at home time. Two flats on trailers.

Maybe twice a year. My mileage is getting up there though, it'll probably be more and more.

Mine - over a milion and a quarter requires Urgent Care visit twice a year too.
Typically, at the visit, there are other "minor" lingering issues taken care of too. For instance, replacing door latches, some sensors, etc. Such visits ain't cheap either...$2000 - $5000 for the session.
BTW I have an infected middle finger, it is swollen and red-blue and I tried to do my own surgery on it but to a little avail...so I may end up going to an Urgent Care center soon and spend $2000 for the fix too.

2019 T680, 240K, four times, one for overhead, three electrical shorts, one dpf cleaning. All but the last one on scheduled down time / overnight. Trailer has been in couple of three times for brakes, wires, etc.

You're gonna have your normal belts,tires hoses service etc..thats all part of it.I owned an international 9400 in 2008 that I named the money pit.$27.000 in repairs inside of a year.
