    Wow there is a driver shortage but if you have a felony 20 years old they still will not hire you swift western Express USA truck many more that a reason most guys go back to committing crimes because companies will not give them a chance omg

    We're halfway there. Look around, find a small fleet. Personally I like running for a small fleet managed out of a basements than a megacarrier. Best of luck to you.
