the closest hitch hiker i can pick up, and i sit on him or her,. that way i have a soft seat, and i don't have to worry about being robbed or them snorting drugs or shooting up...

then when i come up on another hitch hiker, i kick out the old, and bring in the new....

no money ever has to be spent, on my butt pillows...

I actually use that as a pillow but didn’t think to use it for driving

That’d be really nice with the spine gap it has

I put the larger end under my knees. It’s very comfy and keeps my tailbone from hurting.

I bought the biggest purple seat from Iowa 80 for 140$ didn't want to spend that much but others I tried set the seam right under my tail and are painful. Can't get cushion to work. Now this purple waffle cushion thing is a horror! Still had trouble getting it under tail bone and I guess I'm not heavy enough for it because it bounces me around like a weeble wobble! I'm sad I spent so much because I don't get to Iowa 80 often enough and threw away the box.

Next attempt will be Memory foam

My large “ newest type” Purple I also bounced too much. My seat airs up its cushion. Along with air suspension. The combination was too much.
I do think the thinner Purples are worth a try. The “ portable” ones. There are two. Also a back pad. I need to get back to Sapp Bros to get one of those. They have a good selection. At least the one on I70, western Kansas.
I do very much like the Purples. My big one is wonderful in my car. I spoil my cat with it in my truck. Passenger seat has no suspension or airing the seat cushion up at all.
Memory foam in general... I’m surprised at how good my 3 inch memory foam mattress topper works. It cost enough. It should.

I had one of those purple things and it didn’t do anything for my tailbone. Try one of those memory foam pillows, you won’t regret it.

I go about 350 before I get out. How do you find the time? Once I'm rolling I'm zoned.

Well to start with I am retired. With today's almost psychotic lock em up attitude the DOT has the thought of going much more then 100 miles without at least a walk-around scares the crap out of me. That 5 to 10 minute break might as a trucker be the most important part of your day. Also things like DVT is a horrible problem sitting all day everyday. No sir, not in a million years would you find me going more then 90 minutes driving a truck without getting out. Unless there is a good reason to do otherwise.
