    Hello All!

    Was wondering if I can haul freight outside of CA while I wait for my MCP application. I have MC, DOT and an active CA # on CHP website, but unsure if I can haul freight yet in another state. Can someone please help?

    MCP for Cali is for if you do “Intrastate” and are based out of Cali., if you have a DOT and based outside of Cali, you don’t need a MCP for Cali.

    I was just wondering what all I would need to be Abel to go to Cali legal wise. They have something that needs to be filled out dont they for out of state guys?

    DOT number and a Commiefornia complaint truck. That’s all. But even a Commiefornia compliant truck is questionable, I see non compliant trucks all day long.

    Well I for sure have that now. For some reason I thought we had to fill out something to go to Cali since some brokers ask about something. I never paid attention since I never planned on going.
