Man when will you have time to work on this stuff?
I think it's really cool that you find these trucks but it seems like a lot of stuff.
I say get rid of anything that is a Peterbilt and keep everything that has a big cam Cummins!
And it may seem like quite the conundrum if you find a big cam Cummins in a Peterbilt...
The answer to that is get rid of the worthless overpriced ugly ostentatious junk truck and keep the big cam Cummins!
Then make like the finer parts of our human anatomy, and put it into something nice and enjoy it

This is the one time they did. It was retired and taken out of the JBH fleet 4 months into 2002. You can call Fayetteville Fleet Operations and ask specifically how many Cabover Eagles they had in the fleet in December of 2002.
I refuse to allow you or anyone to deny what I had physically driven that month and year under JBH colors. Its not worth the hassle.Gutter, bzinger and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
My crashed truck did not get any body damage, just jerked the front end out from under it and messed up the battery box, bumper, one crossmember, etc etc. Nearly all of it is usable.Rideandrepair, x1Heavy, Feedman and 4 others Thank this.

I purchased a new 1981 co 9670 in 1982. Price was 62k as i recall. Drove it 1,640,000 miles. Spring ride(IH's version of 4 spring reyco) pulled dump many years with it. I remember when the odometer turned all to zeros, as it did not have the 1 million digit in the speedo.Rideandrepair, randomname, Oxbow and 2 others Thank this.

Guy used to work for me finished this a few months ago. Uses it on half the loads he does.
Grant Industrial Trans, Rideandrepair, whoopNride and 7 others Thank this. -
What is with the 4 stacks. lol
Not a bad looking ride. The one I bought and many of the old local Cabovers here has a full custom quilted and insulated winterfront covering the whole front of the truck.
Some of the fancier ones I have seen, they are color matched, mine is just black.x1Heavy, Feedman and FlaSwampRat Thank this.
