So because YOU are having a tough time of it WE need to change the whole industry ?

I worked for Central Carriers LTD in Edmonton as my first job doing LTL and I was doing $150,000 per year. 100% commission job and I was the absolute best at my job.

 

LTL is one of the last good paying gigs if you can find a good company to work for and if you can deal with going to people’s homes,small businesses,dealing with tight docks or working the docks at some companies,having to do a million stops and or pick ups and actually having to unload the freight you can make a lot of $$. lots of drivers in the states make over $100k but unfortunately not alot of those good paying ltl companies north of the boarder only decent companies i know of are xpo,yellow and tst but that also depends on your home terminal for each of those companies it seems

 

LTL done right is big money FTL is too much sitting .. a buddy does 1 or 2 drops every week then a pick or two . I do 10 to 25 and take about 12 hrs longer on a 5000 km rounder at most but make 3 k or more monthly.. without the 3 am delivery bs …
