Cancelled signed cons

    Well I thought signed rate cons meant something......but I found out twice today they do not.....

    Yea they are pointless.....they go nuts over a unsigned BOL though!

    Waste of time, toner, trip trip to my rig, possible lost local load....I didn't get the details I just said I was loaded and couldn't get it...

    How can you prove they received it after you sign it and scan in and return?

    I can't imagine anyone getting pain on cancelled loads....I wish....

    I've been payed b4 even by TQL. For non use of equipment.as far as proving receipt of a returned conformation you have fax record never came in question with me

    Good to know! I use email/scanner though.....so only proof that I emailed them a signed CON.

    What would a a typical non use of equipment charge be?

    Set your email to ask for a read receipt, some programs will do it automatically, so you will have proof not only of the date/time you returned the signed confirmation via email but that they received it and opened it. This makes it hard for them to back out of the TONU charge.
