Carrier 2500A

My reeefer ran out of fuel it’s was down couple months before I tried maintenance it I was out of work so I did pm on it today fuel and oil change and filters primed it it took a while to start but went it started it didn’t really run right for the couple seconds it did run then it would shut down and give me fault code a130 rpm sensor and a41 any help herei know it says open circuit 5v for code when I look it up but can any one point me in the right direction on where to start trouble shooting
