Basically that's what I think happened.
Gonna snoop around the block with a wite wheel to see what I find.
I'm guessing it was atleast a 2ws rocker box that was put on since that's where the tag was located Maybe even a 2ws block.
Guess they were able to mix and match enough to keep it an acert

If it has a 2WS valve cover base, it is no longer an ACERT with VVA. Sure someone didn't just slap that sticker on in an attempted way to make it look ELD exempt?

That's not a 2ws spacer plate. Someone put that sticker on it.

I'd hazard a guess someone slapped a 2ws sticker on it to skirt the ELD laws. Wonder how that worked out?

Well, if that engine did not originally come mounted in that truck, you have yourself whatever you so desire. All of the paint is off of it now. Keep that 2ws stamp. Paint it up real nice and keep on trucking.
