Caution... Large Dust Storm

    I had just left phoenix that day headed west and decided to shut down at desert center, about midnight I felt something slam into the back of the truck and it was that storm. Wind lasted maybe 45 mins then the rain came behind it. Phoenix gets a few of those every year but not one of that magnitude.

    That was an impressive one. I run through many, but none to that magnitude.
    Most I've been through you have a strong steady wind and countersteer to hold her straight. It's a good way to pepper your windshield and paint. That's an easy way to identify an I-10 truck. Follow a dump truck full of sand is another way to mess up your windshield.
