Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Class “A” CDL
• Prior OTR Class A driving experience
• No more than 3 employers in previous 12 months
• Meet our requirements for accidents & violations in past 5 years
• Refrigerated experience a plus

Pretty sure Abilene will hire you. They hired drivers recently that hadn't driven in 10 yrs. and 20 yrs.
I'm a big fan of Freymiller and that's where I'd probably go if I wanted to hit the road with reefers. @Ssand Man works there and can fill you in accurately.

 

Millis is dry van and runs eastern half of USA.
Freymiller is refrigerated and runs coast to coast.
So, just depends on what you want.

 

I'd try Freymiller.
In all fairness, can't find any negative posts about Abilene. They run mostly dry vans but do have some refrigerated.
