Old Dominion hires out of driving school. Some of the other big LTLs probably do too. It's busy season for freight so many of them need help.
Forget the apps. March into these places: "we looking for drivers around here?" That's how you quickly figure out if you're wasting your time or not, and how you quickly find a job in trucking.
They're going to road test you with a set of doubles though. And you need your Hazardous endorsement. Do something about those two issues if you need to.
