I’ve been with them almost 10 years.. I’ve been very happy and if you are willing to be professional about your job and maintain a good relationship with your driver coordinator: you can do well.

Do a search on "Celadon". Enough info around here to make an educated decision.

From what I've been able to find out, it's pretty good outfit now that it's under new management.
I also like the pay system there. Nice vacation pay setup also.laaylor Thanks this. -
They are really trying.... it’s been a long recovery from the mismanagement crisis and we are probably going to have to be paying off our debts for quite awhile: but, they have treated me well for a long time....
buddyd157 Thanks this. -
laaylor, is this pay setup accurate?

"We’ve adjusted our new company pay package and are starting qualified drivers between $0.40/mile and $0.50/mile. Drivers can also earn an extra $0.03/mile for HazMat AND refrigerated loads."Last edited: Mar 31, 2019

Yes: that’s correct and every year no matter how long you’ve been there you get a .01 raise per mile and if you are not in a local or dedicated pay package you get a weeks paid vacation every 30,000 miles... I am on a Walmart Dedicated pay package so my pay is per day and I receive holiday pay, vacation pay based on how many years you’ve been there: it’s 4 weeks for 10 years... personal days: 3: sick days: 3.....

It's a different company now. Like someone said new management.
The reviews out there don't really apply now.
