Hope you are happy.. being a jerk. I never wished anyone anything bad. And don't worry about me; I've been doing this for many years; I will be just fine

I think it's your positive attitude that gets a lot of these folks going lol.
I seriously doubt with the writing on the wall being in permanent Sharpie ink..... Well nevermind. Anyone with a good record will land just fine. By the way I really like your new avatar pic.
I don't know if it was intentional but the look ( expression ) is hilarious.
No I don't mean that in a bad way lol.

YRC didn't cook the books, they had a CEO that went on a buying spree with borrowed money.

I don't think anybody is trying to be a jerk but, if you don't have a plan B you should, if/when they pull the plug drivers stuck on the road will be of no concern to them.

Western flyer and laaylor Thank this.

Uhh.. I saw that.. look at the last paragraph of his article: this is the "opinion" of the author.. I have read on many different sites where reputable advisors acknowledged a lot of what he put in the "seeking alpha" article, but, said the analysis was flawed with bias in the negative and overlooking the positive unencumbered assets the company has and allowed time to resubmit their financials as well as the opportunities to reorganize before declaring chapter 11 and if necessary After declaring chapter 11... The seeking alpha author is the only article I have been able to uncover that is 100% negative.. the best article that in my opinion shows what is going on is from Trucking truth? Trucking info? May 8th.. I have found at least 6 other sites that verify everything in that and many advisors that disagree with the single author from "seeking alpha".. I might be wrong to be staying positive; but other than waiting on a wiper motor from international for 3 days now(Lol) I haven't felt anything different on my side... so, I'm hanging in there still.. I have options if need be..
and our freight loads are still coming in: we have a lot of long term contracts that we have for years, and we are still servicing them... so, maybe, it might affect getting new contracts.. I don't know much about that; but we have tons of freight coming in and out of Laredo right now..

Aren't you getting tired of being a cheerleader for Celedon? Perception is reality, especially on Wall Street. The stock has dropped 80% in about a month.
The large customers who are currently serviced by Celedon can either transfer their business to many eager competitors in an organized fashion or be surprised one morning when they get a call saying their freight won't get picked up or delivered, and then scramble for replacement capacity. What loyalty do you think there still is in this business?
After 40+ years in this business, on both driver and management side my view is this scenario has all the hallmarks of a flameout
The company may shoulder on, possibly much smaller organization, or someone may buy the assets for the customer list.
But 1 thing is certain, if you still have a job at the end of the year, the organization you have been so vociferously defending will be a very different animal, one that you may not even wish to work for.

If you worked for a smaller company that got bought out by Celedon and they made promises to the drivers that were never kept you might understand why some people have zero interest in seeing Celedon do anything but go away.

No not really.. I'm just sharing my perspective because with so many posting negative stuff on here that aren't actually living thru this with the company.. I think my perspective is relavent.. I'm not bashing anybody else for their perspective; but, wow; just because mine is supportive and positive; I'm, well.. whatever.. im going to keep on smiling; but, remain aware.. I do know we have a lot of freight continuing to move and my checks the last couple weeks have been deposited as usual..
