Pulled up over 30 Law firms with active lawsuits against Celadon
.... didn't surf any further .... looks like everyone is lining up to
get back what is theirs before the place evaporates

 

Where did you get that info? I'm sure there are plenty of law firms that have suits against any trucking company at a time..workers comp, accidents; i was involved in an accident lawsuit with Celadon and i had dash cam of the while thing, but some lawyer tried to get a settlement. It didn't work; was thrown out.
Wouldn't be surprised if there are lots of lawsuits against Walmart transportation, Fed Ex, swift, Werner, jb etc.. etc...

Just seems like a very high amount of suits .... most all of them
dealing with deceiving people with bad book keeping .

A Lawsuit over an accident is one thing ...but book keeping manipulation is a no-no

Ok.. that is one class action lawsuit that these individual lawyers are wanting to cash in on.. If it goes to trial years from now; the courts will combine them into one large class action suit. i agree its bullcrap what was done with our P&L statement, but, none of that will mean anything if the company revises it properly and within the allowed timeframe to do so.. I'm willing to let the new execs try to figure this out. If lawyers are scrambling for $$ so be it.

You can bet all of the major customers are placing their freight with competitors right now. Look for operations to cease shortly with little or no notice.

 

I see it as a field of oppertunity for a chance to scoop many trailers at or near new condition for very little on the dollar. For those who have the ready cash to walk onto the property and buy the carcasses on sight.
