Lol, go back to a dispatcher that cares less about how much money you want to make at that point.

There's an inherent problem if you're running company trucks and a pick your own loads board for your O/O's.

They are suppose to have trucks 350 a week. And paying sliding scale. If i can get the miles i should make some money. (Should)

Anytime someone is sold something based on weekly numbers it reminds me of someone getting screwed over at rent a center paying 5000 for a 100 tv because they have no money in thier pocket and it's only 40 a week for two years

Wish I saw your post sooner. I was lease to them and weekly revenue was around $4500 week. The problem is the percentage they took, and I dispatched myself, so average take home for me was around $2000 a week.

If you have a driver manager dispatching you, I wish you the best and expect the worst. Your take home will be anywhere from $500-$1500 a week, depending on how ineffective they run you. I don't see you have many $1500 weeks to be honest, will be from an overlapping trip.

    My basic breakdown was this:
    $1000 truck/insurance/fees/prepass/ maintenance/etc
    $1000-$1500 fuel
Anything left over this is yours, minus setting aside 15-20% for taxes quarterly.

Realistically, I see you making $2000-$3500 max in revenue. Average take home probably around $900 week, as a lease operator, when it's all said and done.

I honestly think I just threw up in my mouth. That is disgustingly low.
