Check valve issue, help please

Hello,

dd 60 series on a Columbia.

issue: When the compressor is on, the safety check valve on top of the compressor is continuously popping off. (I have already tried replacing the check valve, issue persists)

This happens regardless if the truck is at 20psi or 120, if the compressor is on, and I am above idle RPM, the check valve on the compressor is going off Every second.

purge valve on air dryer is still purging at 130 psi. And everything is fine and dandy until we reach 100ish psi and compressor turns back on. Then The issue continues.

I’ve heard this could be a blockage of the compressor line?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
