Put in some online apps with some tanker companies. Even if they want experience.apply anyway, then call and follow up. If you have a good MVR and can pass the background checks for your hazmat and Twic, there are a lot better companies out there. Try Trimac or even Schneider Bulk for example.

Pick your poison man. If you go with one of the megas, I would recommend going with someone who has more to offer than just dry van. Western Express has flatbed. Schneider and Prime have tankers. Just something to think about. Might as well get some specialized experience while you pay your dues.

All those you listed have pros and cons.
    TMC looks good.

There's more, depending on how hard you want to run; regional or coast to coast:

    Celadon
    Halvor Lines
    Sue Vinje Trucking
    Pride Transport
    NFI
    Schneider Bulk(tanker)
    H.O. Wolding

I vote TMC, although like kemosabi49 said, Apply to tanker companies. They usually pay the best and you can get some tanker experience under your belt.

I love the job I have, hauling fuel is awesome.

If you like working outside and wanna lose some weight flatbed work is good for that.
