I haven’t looked for a new company in a few years, but even when I was, the pay they offered was stupid low. Maybe it came up, but there’sa post on here saying they paid $1.18 mile + low FSC.

    Chirt and bzinger Thank this.

I was offered company positions with them a few times and it’s insanely low pay. I can’t imagine O/O being much better.

    Chirt Thanks this.

Hi guys i work for Clean Harbors i get on the forums here from time to time since making my account. I actually signed up to work with Clean Harbors as an OTR Dry Van Driver in Feb 2022 and the two years i have been here its been good. I will say i am someone who is willing to stay out and drive all year but the process to onboard with training / paperwork etc is a few weeks, you will also need your hazmat + tank endorsement of course. first year i dont have accurate numbers but my second year i made 130k taking a month off total for the year. I have a great driver manager once you settle into things they let you be also keep in mind its definitely a process but if you ask me its worth it...from my understanding it is yearly pay increases automatically on hire date and i am currently at $26 an hour and .51 cents a mile and $55 per night to sleep in the truck. i am out of california for now but i go all over if needed.
