First that brand is one of those here today gone tomorrow types. So any type of diagram is going to be pretty unlikely. Second unless someone here has a diagram torubleshoot in order.

1. Check any and all fuses.

2. The AC coolant charge, most common and easiest to deal with issue outside a popped fused.

3. Check that the compressor is actully coming on and has power going to it.

4. Check the condensor is not damaged or clogged with dirt

5. Check the blower fan to see if that had failed.

6. Check your filters incase something is clogged up.

7. Check to see if you have power going to all the above.

After that best bet is finding a specialized APU shop.
