Man, woman, dogs rescued from Interstate 10 bridge crash during storm
Check out how close the trailer was to pulling the whole rig into the water.
They usually close the bridge if there are sustained winds over 39mph but this was a single 40mph gust but enough to blow a lightweight trailer over. That's some deep water, if they would have went into the water there would likely be no survivors.
