Hi, I have a 2006 Kenworth W900 cat C15.
I just hade a clutch put in about 3000 miles ago. See the attached picture, it doesn't look like they greased the throw out bearing. Does that look like it's ceased up? Clutch goes to the floor no pressure, but when you take your foot off the pedal it does come back up. I can't take it back, it was done in Florida and I'm in Maryland. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Clutch problem

Sounds to me like the clutch linkage became disconnected or the bell crank or cross shaft is loose and slipping.

I sent a couple pictures. Does it look like the clutch brake is stuck together?
Thank you for your fast reply. -
If that's with the clutch pedal released then something isn't right. There should be a roughly 1/8" gap between the cross shaft fingers and the tabs on the release bearing, as well as a 1/2" gap between the release bearing and clutch brake.
I would start with a clutch adjustment. If that doesn't correct it and get the clearances into spec then unfortunately you may have to drop the transmission again.QUALITYTRUCK and Big Road Skateboard Thank this. -
It looks like the fork isn't even touching the throw out bearing

I will try that. Thank you.
