    As a carrier who uses Progressive I just log in to my account and whip one up for whomever requires it. I can add them as a Holder and send it out in minutes. Sure beats waiting for the customer service rep or agent to do it.

    I do exactly what @DSK333 said.

    I have also found that brokers that have RMIS setup are the quickest to get things going. No more faxing etc
