    greetings,

    I currently have an issue with a broker they are not answer my emails or calls regarding a load i was supposed to deliver 11/10/22 in Cocoa,FL they said they change the appointment to 11/13/22 but when i arrive at the facility, I was told no appointment was schedule.
    so my question is
    can I drop the load at a cold storage ?
    will I have to pay for the cold storage ?
    is there a way I be compensated for my time ?

    Who is the broker? A similar thing happened a year or so ago. It turns out that the load was double brokered.
