Compressor or air dryer

    Hello all. I hope someone can help with this. I have a 2014 international prostar maxxforce.
    The compressor not building any pressure. I changed the governor on the side of air dryer but no luck. I opened the inlet line of air dryer that comes from compressor I can hold the air with fingers. I believe read somewhere that this a clutch driven compressor. Am I looking at a bad compressor or bad air dryer. Thanks
