    If you aren't trolling get a lawyer and save any documentation you might have.

    The only thing I can think of is that a company is trying to claim you stole a truck when you refused to bring an unsafe truck back to the yard? Can you document the fact that you informed the company of the problem?

    Is this a 1099 gig with a very small company or single truck operation?
