    I'm under contract with CRST, which will be expiring at the end of the month. I don't have the massive complaints/horror stories that other CRST employees tell. On the other hand, I have no intention of staying on once my contract is up.

    As long as you're willing to grit your teeth and bear it for the duration of the contract period their term is the shortest and will get you a CDL and enough experience to go elsewhere. They invested $10 million in a new training center if that tells you where their focus is. CRST wants to be a CDL mill so just go into it understanding that. The rest of it is all lies just to keep the recruiting engine chugging along.
