CSA question

This is exactly what needs changed.

Blowing dust off history but the points system in private drivers licenses was challenged because of being too overzealous years ago.

The FMCSA has started their own CSA system for us commercial drivers and it's really ridiculous to get points violations .....and lots of them for many of the ridiculous things.

It's way way above and beyond the ridiculous original system private drivers used to have. The csa system has come under fire... but not yet for the violation of the Constitution for excessive punishment as it was for private drivers.

Concept is the same though, it affects us in far reaching punishment and harassment. While the system has a purpose, it's HEAVILY ABUSED by DOT.
