I got a postcard from Heartland in the mail last week. It said something to the effect of "We want you" or some ######## like that.

 

I stated TRUCKING COMPANIES.

 

Call trucking companies in your area...ask them in professional manner if they can refer you to a lawyer. I responded to your post to help you find a lawyer as you stated you couldn't. I thought out of the box with the intent of helping you. A TRUCKING COMPANY WOULD KNOW OF A LAWYER WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH THE INDUSTRY...get it? Good...I wish you the best of luck.

 

You need to call Mass and ask them.I was parked in a dirt lot just a hop from mcdonalds.Must have been their lot.I was parked behind a no parking sign.I bobtailed there from bjs warehouse waiting for my dispatcher to get to work and find me a trl,bj didn't have any.So while I was in mcdonalds seen an officer at my dorr I walk back to trk and after lecturing me I received the ticket.I thought it would be for no parking otherwise I would have fought it.A yr later a company I applied to told me it was on my record.That taught me to always look at my tickets.But haven't received any since then so that's a plus.
