hi all, well today i got a call from a friend who just started with ct.i am schedual to go soon.anyhow here is the problem. when he talked to recurter he wanted local.as the same with me . she gave run down on local pay miles exc...but when he was out with trainer driver today.he was informed that he would be regional.when he got back to yard after his runs he asked the one in chager and he to said he would be regional that he had 4 other waitting for local.he quit his job all on the pretence that he would be local.not sure why recruter never said anything about having to wait for local..but it seems wrong:biggrin_2552: was looking forward to going now i have to contact recruter an verify this info:biggrin_25513: say it isn't soooooo....we both agree that if we wanted reginal runs there are better to run atleast in some ways..ie tuiton reemburstment..would wave it if able to do local.but he has young children so he really wanted to be close to home.quit his other job.now he maybe stuck to find somthing else ie dumps...sure hope the info he got is wrong....lol

I run into CT drivers a lot. For the most part, they don't have anything bad to say about the company. I prefer not having a headboard on my trailers but that's irrelevant lol. I have been to their headquarters in Savannah. Nice place. Good luck to you, and welcome to flatbedding.

I hear ya. Its nice when you finally get your truck and stuff. How long are you looking at with your trainer? And what terminal will you be working out of?
