Cummins ISX Air Compressor Question

I have an early Cummins ISX (year 2002) and it sounds like the compressor is on its way out. It looks relatively simple to replace. I was just curious about the coolant lines. Once I take them off how much coolant will I lose? If it's quite a bit I'd rather come up with a way to block the lines off while I swap compressors.

Just drain the coolant. It would leak until the level gets below the hoses, 5 or 6 gallons
