Cummins ISX12 emissions issues

I have a Peterbilt 372 with a cummins isx12 and it is going into reduced power intermittently. Codes 1883 DPF sensor data erratic, 3138 egr outlet pressure data erratic, and 2191 MAP sensor incompatible with compressor outlet pressure sensor are all active. Codes 2961 egr temp data valid but above normal, 3342 egr cooler efficiency data valid but above normal are inactive. Customer replaced dpf, scr, doc, dpf differential pressure sensor and tubes, egr differential pressure sensor. Truck was still derating. I reset life on emissions filters and ran a regen, it passed the regen and temps looked good. Truck test drove fine with no issues. Next day it didnt make it a mile and went into reduced power warning with the codes above. Checked wiring from egr pressure sensor to ecm and they ohm out ok. Replaced egr outlet pressure sensor with hopes of getting rid of at least one code and no change. Any ideas would be awesome on where to start looking.
