Cummins recently unveiled their new 15 liter engine called x15, (succeed after isx15). What do you guys think about engine, the performance package, reliable enough without break downs and it's single module?

Every isx they released they issued statements that they solved the issues that the previous year had so I'd wait
Orangees and BoxCarKidd Thank this. -
What issues they had for most recent isx15?
-
I wonder if they resolved the issue of the rods putting windows in the side of the blocks.
-
Cummins did a good job with the X15.
They eliminated the IS.
The whole world will thank them.
I wouldn't buy a new model of anything in the first year.
Even when they claim that they put 9 million test miles on it. Sure not on a single unit.FRANK_WOT Thanks this. -
My dad was a mack and cummins fan until the isx. Its funny to hear a man that started in a 71 F model say hed take a DD over the new red heads
-
I wonder which years between hes talking about. Pre 2013?

LMAO!!!! Funniest post ive read today -
I'm also curious to see how it turns out with the single module setup. Looks like they took a page out of Detroit Diesel playbook. No matter what they all seem to have problems here and there just the nature of the beast with that garbage.

Simply stay with c15 over x15.
