D13 Antifreeze engine block drain?

    Hello,
    Is there an antifreeze engine block drain? I looked at the manual it mentions it but does not show the location.
    Also is there an air purge valve for the cooling system?
    Thank you.
    This is a VNM 2014 with a D13 Engine.

    there is no air purge valve, they have two de aeration hoses connected from the head, and one from the radiator there is a few ways do drain coolant from the block on passager side at the oil cooler there is a plug should be 24mm wrench or there is a coolant pipe that goes behind the engine you can also remove this and it will drain 80% of the block.
