Recently separated from one of the big companies, after 4 years. Became aware of Trucker's Report at that time, a wealth of info for one who can discern the sincere from the trolls. After separation, I requested and received my DAC from Hireright. The information had already been added at that time, including the separation from the unnamed company. Everything looked good. Here's my question can a company come back later and change or add to a driver's report after the fact? Or once it's reported, is that window closed for them?

No, they can change any information at any time. If they were to discover that you had been selling fuel from your tanks, or had been arrested for robbing a bank in their truck they would amend their report to DAC. If you are worried that they could come back later and say that you abandoned the truck when you really have not, chances are that since they have not lied about your history yet, they will not do it now (but they could).
