Yea. And lucky too cause I moved last weekend and if I had been all off schedule it would have really sucked. This weekend I don’t care cause I’m on a reset as soon as I get back (if I get back!)

Actually I've never done it. It's ironic you bring this up though, cause I'm doing 8 in sleeper right now, I will have 7 left to drive.
But then I'm going to take a 10.IluvCATS Thanks this. -

IluvCATS and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -

Pfft .... cheer up, it ain't that bad of a day.
Trust me it is not.Jwhis Thanks this. -
@Ridgeline its fine. Just bored. But being a new driver I hope I don’t get fired for that violation

You would have to take an eight hour break in sleeper, then at the end of those eight hours you will have 5 hours to drive to get to your receiver.
Then at the receiver you could follow up your two hour break. After that your clocks will show as if you had started your day when you started driving after the eight hour break.
So assuming receiver only takes two hours, and you went to sleepr berth right after your four hour drive, your clock would look something like this once you are unloaded after your two hour break:
8 hours on 14 hour clock
7 hours on 11 hour clockDave_in_AZ and Jwhis Thank this. -
Right now I'm at 8 hours 2 minutes in sleeper and my clocks came back to 7 hours 3 minutes drive available.
9 hours 9 minutes available on duty.
And they just brought my trailer back. YAY.Jwhis Thanks this.
