Ddec iv code 23 fuel temp sensor high

Got a ddec iv 12.7 that started having low oil pressure light and shut down light come one during acceleration or at around 15-25mph. Once you let truck drop to idle and mph drops the lights go out. Flash code is 23 and on dddl it’s p174 - 3. Changed the sensor check wring to and from ecm and it all checked out. Is there anyway to disable the fuel temp sensor using dddl or ddct? Any help would be great.
